Walt Disney World diehards are eager to get digitized into the Grid on Walt Disney World’s newest attraction, TRON Lightcycle / Run, at Magic Kingdom. Fortunately, Disney will be offering a multitude of options allowing fans to experience the attraction before it opens on April 4, 2023.
Here’s a complete list of groups that will be eligible for previews and how to sign up:
D23 Gold Members
Tickets for D23 Gold Member previews will become available on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. PT.
The preview will take place on March 18, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Guests will be able to ride as many times as they’d like. Light refreshments will be served, and all guests will receive a D23-exclusive commemorative gift.
Tickets are $57, including processing fees.
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders
Registration for annual passholder previews will open on February 16, 2023 via a link that will be sent to the email associated with your annual pass. Disney has not revealed exactly what time the link will go out, so keep your eyes glued to your email inbox.
It’s expected that, unlike D23 Gold Member Previews, their will be a multitude of days to choose from running until shortly before the attraction officially opens.
Disney Vacation Club Members
VRegistration for Disney Vacation Club members will also begin on February 16, 2023. DVC members will be required to be staying at Disney Resort for the night of their preview, although specific preview dates have not yet been announced.
Utlizing DAS
It is still unknown whether or not guests attending previews will be able to utilize DAS. However, you should inquire with a Cast Member at the entrance to the attraction’s queue.
